Beside training their workers in the art of a craft Hathay Bunano provided for the education of their workers children whom they can bring to the job. fair and flexible: A fair payment and flexible working hours are a door opener out of poverty. With the salary the women can support their families and improve their living conditions permanently. The wide dispersion of the villages all over the country saves them long travels and prevent the women from migrating into the cities and therefore avoids tearing families apart. Like this Pebble puts a smile on small and big faces, in Bangladesh and in children's rooms worldwide. Every piece unique: hand-made and crafted by heart – simply – every piece is 1 of a child.
